The staff at the front desk helped me quickly. I also found the location convenient to nearby cafes.
The room I had did not include access to the pool, something I found odd. The heating in my room wasn't working when I arrived, a problem because it was cold. Breakfast was expensive, too. I expected better.

historic charm and convenient location
helpful staffquiet atmosphereroom access
i found the front staff very helpful. the hotel had a quiet atmosphere in a beautiful setting. its proximity to many restaurants and cafes was really convenient. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
Our room didn't include pool access which i felt was odd. the heating wasn't on when we arrived. The room temperature needed to be checked prior to our check in.

the breakfast had many choices, including several types of drinks. fresh omelettes were made to order, and i saw waffles and fruit. there was also berlin honey available .
